Many email servers have implemented rules to identify phishing attempts. Because our confirmation emails contain links and come from a Bulk email provider, they can be mis-identified as junk or phishing emails. Contact support@blacksqrl.com from your registered email and we will work with you to manually confirm you email address.
You can use your registered email address to login. Once logged in, your username will appear at the top of the web page.
You can still login using your username and password, but will have no feature access. Got to "MY ACCOUNT" and correct your email address. Logout and re-login, and you should be taken to the "Awaiting Confirmation" page where you can request a CODE to be sent to your corrected email address. Once received, enter the code.
Use the "Forgot My Password" process. If you do not receive a password reset email, contact us at support@blacksqrl.com using your registered email address.
Blacksqrl.com does support 2FA using a TOTP capable device for Paid users only. Click on "MY ACCOUNT", and scroll down to access the Enable 2FA option. This also requires setting up your Recovery Access profile.
